These terms apply when you install or use Storelookout (“the extension”). Installing it means you accept them.
What the extension does
The extension reads the public catalogue of storefronts you choose to track, compares each reading with the previous one, and shows you what changed. It reads only publicly available pages, only for stores you add yourself, and it runs in your browser.
Fair use
You agree not to:
- use the extension to break the terms of any website you point it at;
- circumvent rate limits, blocks or access controls of any store;
- resell or redistribute the extension or its data as your own product;
- use it to collect personal data about individuals.
Plans and payment
The free plan tracks 3 stores and checks them daily. The paid plan costs $9 per month or $79 per year, tracks 25 stores, and adds faster checks, desktop notifications and CSV export.
Payments are processed by ExtensionPay using Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel at any time from the same page you used to subscribe, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
Refunds. If the extension does not do what this site says it does, email support@storelookout.com within 30 days of a payment and it will be refunded in full. There is a free plan specifically so you can find that out before paying.
Availability
Checks happen in your browser, so they run only while Chrome is running. Some storefronts do not publish a readable catalogue, or block automated reading; the extension reports those as unavailable rather than guessing. Neither case is a fault we can guarantee to fix.
No warranty, and the limit of our liability
The extension is provided “as is”. Prices and stock read from a competitor’s catalogue can be wrong, delayed or incomplete, and you should not treat them as a substitute for your own commercial judgement. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the extension is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending it
You can uninstall the extension at any time; that removes all of your data from your browser. We may suspend an account that abuses the service or is used for anything unlawful.

Storelookout is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify Inc. or Google LLC. Shopify and Chrome are trade marks of their respective owners, used here only to describe compatibility.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
